After taking a brief break from music, fast-rising Nigerian artist Oluwole Fareed Ololade, professionally known as Masty, has returned with his first single of the year, “Slow Mo”.
Born in Ogun State, the 22-year-old singer discovered his passion for music at just 10 years old. Although he had been developing his craft for years, Masty officially began his professional journey in 2024 with the release of his debut single, “Kowope.” He followed it up in 2025 with “Raw,” further introducing his sound to a growing audience.
Now, Masty is back with “Slow Mo,” a record that marks a new chapter in his career after stepping away for a while. The release showcases his continued growth as an artist and sets the tone for what fans can expect from him this year.
