After dropping his first mixtape the Experiment in November 2017, versatile Abia State born rapper/lyricist, spoken word poet and emcee Konsciouz aka Mo Faya drops his most anticipated second mixtape – the Black Ivory. This 17 track project which also has a bonus track is a mixture of both the new wave and Afro rap with socially and politically conscious rap full of catchy hooks and poetic witty punchlines and word plays is simply dope and superb.

Recorded and mixed by Highly skilled (2000BC), KMan and Odumodu with additional beats from foreingmadeit, A2R Beats and allrounda productions the Black Ivory mix tape has everything from pidgin, Igbo and English lyrics delivered alongside hip street language.

An alumni of the university of port Harcourt, Konsciouz who’s based in the eastern commercial city of Aba is a member of the Hip Hop crew BHH nation and one half of the rap duo lyrical bar starz, and also a protege of US based Nigerian lyricist and Hip Hop producer Cdrill.
